Distribution Terms for Authors and Publishers

Blue Weaver is a Book, Sales, Warehousing and Distribution Company. Once a book has been published and printed, we provide the service of warehousing, promoting, selling and distributing the book to Book Retailers throughout South Africa and Internationally.

Blue Weaver’s focus is marketing, promoting and selling to Bookshops. Should we agree to take a Publisher’s book on for distribution, the expectation is that the Publisher will create the necessary consumer awareness through generating Book Reviews, Publicity and Public Relations.

The rate Blue Weaver applies for services is very dependent on the nature of the services required, the size of the list, the size of the publishing programme, the target market (readership) and the accompanying Marketing Communication, PR and Publicity plans.

Blue Weaver does work with Preferred Service Providers in the Publishing Services Industry, the Marketing Communications Industry and the Print Industry. Referrals are available upon request.
